Bouclé chairs are here to stay — at least for one more year in 2024!

French for “curled” or “ringed”, bouclé fabric is made up of nubby, looped fibers, resulting in a curly appearance that adds visual interest to any piece and design.  All my design friends are obssesed with their style and comfort.

Limewash came in as the number one choice for popular materials and finishes among favorite designers. Ceramic/terra-cotta  and blond wood trascend warmth and luxury to any room.

Blending Backsplashes

Tile backsplashes have long been popular in kitchens however designers are now installing a slab of stone or quartz behind the range or cooktop, while keeping the surrounding backsplash areas tiled. The slab is often the same material as the countertops. The vertical display of graphic veining or other interesting details create a striking focal point that’s also easy to wipe clean.
